I am also sure there is an eclipse IDE for it as well. I have tried a lot of cross-platform compiling, but not the amiga, mainly Z80 based systems using ASM (Passimo) and C (z88 SDK) - I am sure there is a cross-compiler for the Amiga on a Windoze platform. The tool boxes grows and refines itself as you do.

eventually you will expand this for graphics "gfx-toolbox.c" and music "music-toolbox.c" and eventually joystick, mouse, IDCMP even handling =) I would also suggest if you are starting out to start to create your own "toolbox.c" where you will keep a collection of useful functions that you keep using. but there were times I find the IDE gets in the way of what should be a simple operation of linking object code, asm files and C source code.ĭont get me wrong a good IDE will help you make a good project, but in my humble opinion you need to structure the modules of your code in your mind or on paper first to get a better design and a better flow of the project. I am a DICE and Lattice C die hard for the miggy.
